01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7777jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at https://7777jl.app, the 7777jl mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the 7777jl platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or downloading the 7777jl app — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the 7777jl platform from time to time. 02 Eligibility

7777jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 7777jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account on 7777jl, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 7777jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

7777jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

7777jl supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• 7777jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 7777jl wallet instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7777jl account.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or holds.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 7777jl reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• 7777jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

7777jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7777jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the associated account may be suspended.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7777jl platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game on 7777jl, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed on 7777jl are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, 7777jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond 7777jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, game outcomes, or promotional materials published on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features.

The 7777jl platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 7777jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Termination

7777jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules or promotional terms.
• 7777jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations require 7777jl to do so.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7777jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments

7777jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7777jl will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 7777jl platform after any amendments have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
